Shipping policy

Delayed/damaged shipments:

You will receive a tracking number for all shipped orders.  In the event that your package is delayed/damaged in transit, please contact us at support@jammiesession.com within 30 days, and we will support lost package search and insurance claims. We do not issue refunds for items lost or damaged in shipment until the carrier concludes their investigation.

 

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We aim to ship goods within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. 

However if we are having a store wide discount or a new season launch due to the large amount of orders we receive our processing times can be longer and the expected time delay can be 7-9 business days. We appreciate your patience while our team works hard to get the orders dispatched as fast as we can. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

General Information

  • Please ensure your order is correct before submitting. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible support@jammiesession.com. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped, you can still return or exchange items after receiving your order.
  • Customs duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Jammie Session.
  • We cannot combine orders for shipping purposes due to our fast dispatch process.
