Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Merchandise in its original condition (new, unwashed and unworn) purchased directly from Jammie Session website, can be returned within 30 days of original purchase. which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to inspect your items and request a return. For any questions about this policy, you can always contact us at support@jammiesession.com.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Defective or incorrect items:

Contact us immediately at support@jammiesession.com if you receive defective or incorrect items. Please provide your order number/receipt and a photo of the defective or incorrect item(s). Note: for items damaged or lost in transit, please refer to our shipping policy.

Is there any cost to returning merchandise?

All returns will be subject to a $7.50 return fee except for AK, HI, FPO/APO and US territories where a flat $10 is charged on each return.

Marked down items:

We do not accept returns or exchange on marked down items more than 40% off unless they are defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable items include:

  • Anything that is purchased over 40% off is FINAL SALE!
  • Items outside of the 30-day return period.
  • eGift cards or physical Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Shipping fees.
  • Items purchased from BST roups or other sellers or retailers. 

HOW DO I DO AN EXCHANGE?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. We only process returns. Once your return has been fully completed, you’re welcome to place a new order for the correct size.

All other returns/exchanges:

For all other returns/exchanges, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (new, unwashed and unworn) with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact support@jammiesession.com with your order number/receipt, and we will provide you a return label.
